IONISERENDE LUCHTSTUK
Antistatisch ioniserend mondstuk is de ideale techniek voor het verwijderen van statische elektriciteit, verontreinigingen en stof van driedimensionale onderdelen vóór montage, verpakking, schilderen of afwerking.Het ionenluchtmondstuk neutraliseert de statische elektriciteit en reinigt tot op een afstand van 60 cm.Wanneer gewone perslucht wordt gebruikt om stof en een luchtmondstuk te verwijderen voor reinigingsdoeleinden, wordt de efficiëntie ervan verminderd.Als de statische lading, die het stof aan het product vasthoudt, niet wordt geneutraliseerd, blijven zowel het product als het stof statisch geladen en kunnen ze opnieuw worden besmet.
Het ionenluchtmondstuk heeft een robuust ontwerp en is een geïndustrialiseerd ioniserende luchtmondstuk.Wij zijn fabrikanten van luchtmondstukken en we leveren ioniserende mondstukken met of zonder standaard.Luchtpistoolmondstuk wordt voornamelijk gebruikt om statische ladingen te verwijderen en verontreinigingen van het oppervlak van gelamineerd hout, plastic, rubber en glas te blazen.Tegelijkertijd trekt het neutrale oppervlak geen verontreinigingen in de lucht uit het fabricageproces aan.Als de perslucht wordt geïoniseerd, wordt de statische lading geëlimineerd, waardoor een superieure kwaliteit reiniging mogelijk is zonder heraantrekking.
Hoe het ioniserende luchtmondstuk werkt:
Het luchtmondstuk en een ionisatiekop die in de vingerbescherming zijn verwerkt. Wanneer de trekker wordt overgehaald, stroomt er lucht met hoge snelheid uit het mondstuk, waarbij de geïoniseerde lucht wordt opgepikt die door de ionisatiekop wordt geproduceerd.De geïoniseerde lucht wordt met hoge snelheid naar het object geblazen.De ionisatie doodt de statische elektriciteit, waardoor het stof kan worden weggeblazen.Het object is vrij van statische elektriciteit en kan geen stof aantrekken.
Opmerking:Luchtfilter kan indien nodig worden geïnstalleerd.
