Kenmerken van de stof
1Anti-statische prestaties: Deze stof heeft uitstekende antistatische prestaties door geleidende vezels (zoals koolstofvezel) te weven of met behulp van speciale behandelingsprocessen,die de ophoping van statische elektriciteit effectief kan voorkomen en de veiligheid van apparatuur en personeel kan beschermen.
2. Diamantpatroonontwerp: het weefseloppervlak heeft een 6 mm diamantpatroonontwerp, dat niet alleen mooi en royaal is, maar ook een zekere visuele impact heeft,het professionele imago van de drager verbeteren.
3- Comfort: het weefsel is meestal vermengd met natuurlijke vezels zoals polyester en katoen, die goed ademend en vochtopvangend zijn,het gemakkelijk te dragen en geschikt voor langdurig werk.
4Duurzaamheid: na speciale verwerking heeft de stof een hoge slijtvastheid en scheurbestandheid en kan ze bepaalde mechanische spanningen en wrijving weerstaan, waardoor de levensduur ervan wordt verlengd.
Toepassingen:
1Werkkleding: schoonkamerwerkkleding die veel wordt gebruikt in industrieën als elektronica, halfgeleiders,en geneesmiddelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de werknemers niet worden gestoord door statische elektriciteit tijdens de werking.
2. Antistatische apparatuur: kan worden gebruikt om antistatische schoenen, handschoenen, hoeden en andere ondersteunende apparatuur te maken, waardoor een compleet antistatisch beschermingssysteem wordt gevormd.
