Dust Free Cleanroom Printing Paper Description:

100% Virgin Wood Pulp

Virgin Pulp: means that the papermaking fibers are entirely sourced from fresh, unused wood, and not recycled paper.
Importance: Although recycled paper is environmentally friendly, it contains a large amount of impurities, residual ink, dust, and chemicals. These pollutants are absolutely not allowed to exist in the clean room environment. The use of native wood pulp ensures the highest purity of paper from the source.

Lint Free (dust-free)

Lint refers to the tiny fibers and dust particles generated on the surface of paper due to friction.
Importance: In a regular office, paper scraps are just a small inconvenience. But in a clean room, a micrometer sized fiber is enough to destroy a microchip worth tens of thousands, a precision optical lens, or a medical implant device. This paper has undergone special processing and has extremely high surface strength, making it highly resistant to dust and fiber shedding during printing, writing, friction, or folding, thus protecting the production environment.

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)

This is another core feature of the product. Ordinary paper is prone to static charges due to friction during printing and transportation.
Hazard: Static charges can:
Adsorbing dust: Charged paper can attract particles in the air like a magnet, polluting the environment.
Damaged components: Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can instantly breakdown sensitive electronic components.
Causing problems: leading to equipment malfunction or inaccurate readings of precision instruments.
Solution: This paper is specially treated (such as adding anti-static agents to pulp or applying surface coatings) to give it the ability to conduct or dissipate static electricity, safely guiding the generated static charge away and avoiding accumulation.

Cleanroom Paper

This defines its ultimate application scenario. A clean room is a room with strict control over the number of particles in the air.
Grade: This paper is typically designed for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or higher cleanrooms.
Supporting certification: The production process itself is carried out in a controlled environment and is usually cleaned and specially packaged to ensure its cleanliness at the time of leaving the factory. The packaging is also mostly special packaging that is anti-static and dustproof.
For Write, Print, and Photocopy (applicable for writing, printing, and copying)
This demonstrates its universality. It has undergone special processing to meet the smoothness of pen and ballpoint pen writing, as well as adapt to the high-temperature fixing process of laser printers and copiers without curling, paper jams, or releasing harmful gases. Its performance is similar to ordinary office paper, but its purity and ESD performance are completely incomparable to ordinary paper.
